Marcelino and Daniel/Danny were amazing electricians to work with. They communicated everything clearly, from the beginning arrival time to each step of their process here. They kept me updated during their install and we had such a pleasant chat rather than a purely transactional experience. I would never choose another set of electricians to work with after this - if you get a request, ask for Marcelino and Danny you wont regret it.

Highly recommend Eddie and Mr Mighty Electric. Very fast to respond online to book an appointment, I had an initial visit from a technician within 5 days, and the work completed within 7 days. Eddie and Dan were highly professional, good at explaining what they were doing and why, and worked independently - will be using them again in the future.

Eddie Morales Jr was the electrician sent by Mr Mighty Electric. He is fantastic! Very capable and polite. Super honest as well. He identified the problem as minor and quickly fixed it. The day before another electrician had proposed major and expensive repairs to fix the same issue.

FAQs - Nest Thermostat Installation
What is a smart thermostat?
A smart thermostat lets you control your home’s temperature remotely and automatically adjusts settings based on your lifestyle. Models like the Nest smart thermostat learn your preferences over time and can help lower your energy use.
Is Nest worth the upgrade from a programmable thermostat?
Yes. Unlike basic programmable models, the Nest Learning Thermostat adapts to your schedule, provides energy reports, and connects to your smartphone for easy remote control. Most homeowners see energy savings within the first year.
How long does Nest thermostat installation take?
Professional installation typically takes 30–60 minutes, including setup and walkthrough of app features.
Can I install a Nest thermostat myself?
While you can install a Nest thermostat yourself, it depends on your comfort with wiring and HVAC systems. Incorrect installation may damage your unit or void warranties. Hiring a licensed electrician ensures a safe install.
Is Nest thermostat compatible with my HVAC system?
Most systems are compatible, including gas, electric, forced air, and heat pumps. During our visit, we’ll evaluate your setup to ensure full Nest compatibility.
Do you need an electrician to install a Nest thermostat?
Yes, especially if you lack a C-wire or have complex HVAC equipment. A professional ensures everything is wired properly, your HVAC system is protected, and your Nest thermostat works flawlessly.
